RECIPROCITY.
Adelaide, October 4.
The Premier has laid on the tablo of the Legislative Assembly correspondence in connection with the New Zealand Treaty, This shows that Messrs Seddon and Kingston, on behalf of their respective Governments, have agreed to postpone the date of the treaty coming into operation until a day to bo mutually agreed upon,
