AN ULTIMATUM.
Seeeked September 30, 10.30 a.m. London, September 29. The British ultimatum presented to the Court of Pekin, regarding the jjl riots in Szeclmen, demands within : fourteen days, the issuo of an edict degrading the Viceroy of that province, otherwise the admiral on tho China station will be instructed to take action.
