THE OASTLKPOINT- MASTERi TON MAILS BLOCKED. | By Ttlqraph.—Om Correspondent. Tenui, Wednesday. ' The mail coach returning from Castlepoint to Masterton, is unable to 1 proceed any further than Wbaka- : taki, owing to tho high-flooded creeks. There is no prospect of tho mails or passengers being sent from this district to-day. The Hangman's Bridge, spanning tho Mungapakeha stream, is covered and cannot be crossed. It is still raining heavily and the rivers are rising.
