It is proposed to prohibit the Chinese from working before 7.30 o'clock in the morning and after 5 o'clock at night, on week days, and 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Sundayjk work is to bo totally disallowed, A Stringent provisions are made to prevent Chinose from hording together in houses or factories. The measure provides that all Chinese manufactured goods shall ■ bear the mark of the manufacturer.
