THIS INDENTURE Dated in Spring timo in the Year oi Graoo, 1895, WIISEBBETII THAr— WHEREAS L. J, HOOPER & CO., of Queen-street, in the Borough of Masterton, in the Colony of New Zealand, drapers and silk mcrcers,milliners, clothiers and outfitters (herinafier called the vendors), are making great preparations for tho Sumler Season ensuing. To wit mantles, costumes, millinery, dress materials of all huos and textures.togethor with all manner of articles for wear aud adornment, such as blouse:, eiiirts, corsets, gloves, hosiery, parasols, etc. And whereas the ladies of New Zealand (herinatter called the purchasers) are now discarding tho sombre garb of winter and seeking the novelties that fashion decrees. Now this indenture witnessed that the Vendors crave of tho purchasers, the boon that thoy will forthwith visit the show rooms of the Vendors and inspect the goods there displayed, and the Vendors hereby agree, in consideration of such visit, to sell to the purchasers such goods as they may select at the very lowest cash prices.
