J, HOOPER & CO,, of V Y Qucen-Btrest, in the Borough of Masiorton, in tho Colony of New Zealand, diapers and silk moroen.millinerß, olothiers making great preparations lor tho Summer Season ensuing, To wit mantles, costumes, millinery, dress materials of all hues and texturos,together with all manner ol artioles for wear and adornment, such as i, shirts, corsets, gloves, hosiery, And whereas the ladies of New Zealand (herinaftcr called tho purchasers) are, now discarding the 6ombre garb of winter and seeking tho novelties that fashion decrees, Now this indenture witnssseth that the Vendors crave o[ the purohatcis, the boon that they will forthwith visit the show rooms of the Vendors and inspect tho goodß there displayed, ami tho Vendors hereby agree, in consideration of such visit, to sell to tho purchasers such goods as they may select at tho very lowest cash prices.
