Melbourne, Sopembor 16, Tbo Murray rose two and balf feet at Tocumwall, causing the Victoria reclamation embankment to burst. A coacli carrying tlie mails came through the flood for two miles, I tho water reaching to the body of vehicle, All efforts to stop the breach so far have beon futile. It is feared the village settlement of Coonamoo will be flooded out,
