Tho holiday hours are 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tho Public Telegraph Office at Maslerton Railway Station is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on week days only, The Private Box Lcmre at Mnsterton Post Office is open on week days from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., ami on Sundays and Holidays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. At Mastbbtok ; Mails for Wellington and intermediate offices close daily at C.15 a.m. and 2,30 p.m;, with tho exception of despatches for Claroville, Mntarawa, and Hutt, which aro carried by tho morning train only. For Eltetalmna, Pahinttia, Forty Milo Bush, Woodvillo nud Napier at 11,15 a,m, daily, For Alfredton on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 11 a.m. For Lower Taucru, Tenui, Whakataki, Castlcpoint, and East Coast ou Tuesdays and Fridays at C.30 a.m. For Kuripuni, dailv at noon. Tho next English and European mail via Rio, per R.M.B. "Gothio" will oloso ot this office on Thursday, tho 19th day of September, at (5.15 a.m. Due in London October 29th.
