Now, r being it wotnau, I thoroughly en? joyed the way in which those wise, i .ilearheaded Trustees were drawn by , the Ladies' Committee. Those , gentlemen, who without doubt were [ quite in opposition to the expenses , and worries of tbo proposed disponi sary, evidently feared to say so - because /oar ladies were present, and i instead, arranged for a special meeti ing to consider the question, A dispensary in a small township like Mastcrton is of course absurd. The . Trustees will at least agree with me in this, and will perhaps say. so at i the " special " meeting where, only i men being present, tkro will bo no ; fear of their being outwitted or , argued into a different opinion by , one of the opposite sex, I am, etc., Flora.
