ANTI-SWEATING MEETING.
Mkmiociixb, September 10. At a large anti-sweating meeting in tko Town Hull, the Mayor (Jlr SuowdenJ attempted to preside, but in conscqueiico of statements of agitators, that lie favored the reduction of the wages paid by the Corporation, lie was refused a liearincf. All the other speakers were howled down, and after a scene of the greatest disorder, the police cleared the Hall.
