1 PIGEON MATCHES. At the North Wairarapa Ouu Club's matcbos, yesterday, porno excellent shooting was shown, the generally killing all their with the first barrel. Mr J. J. Mackersoy woo tlio first two sweepstakes and tied for tho third. Ho killed twenty-four birds out of twenty-five, at 31 yards, and nearly all with his first barrel. The rather was all that could bo desired, and the birdß being in good condition, got away from tho traps well. Every arrangement for the convenience of shooting men, was made by the Secretary, Mr W.
