Pamatua, Saturday.

The members of tho Bush" Rep " team left this morning for Danevirke where they play Waipawa Union.

At Mangatainoka last night Mr J, A. Cowles was entertained at a smoke concert. Ho leaves for Wellington on Monday, Mr Smith, of Onslow Park, had tho misfortune to bavo a stud Lin? coin ewe worried by dogs. The ewe was considered by good Lincoln Judges to be one of the best in the colony, and was being kept for the Hawke's Bay and Palmerston Shows. The Rev. Mr Lymbura gave a magic lantern entertainment on the subject of missionary enterprise, in the Presbyterian Church last night, to a good attendance.
