Tuesday, Tho adjourned inquest on tho body of the late unfortunate young man, George Loador, who mot with his dei)tli in the lunges, a few weeks ago, was concluded yesterday. Tho evidence qf Smith and Salisbury was taken, and a verdict of death from cxposuro, was roturned. A phqto of tho search party hiis been taken by. Mr J. Lewis. The picture being a very good one. Tho Band of Hopo intend holding a social noxt Thursday week. Mr Robert Thomas, of Moroa, is to be married to Miss Mary Wakelin, youngest daughter of Mr George Wakelin, Moroa, to-morrow. Thoir many friends wish tlio young couple every happiness. Messrs J. Hornblow and C. Olliver have returned from their trip to Sydney.
