Tho plaintiff alleged that defondant knocked her down with a broom and ottiorwise illused her. Of course the defendant said she did not. His Worship dismissed the case, without costs. The next case was ono betweon the same parties re some forks and other household utensils, which aro at present in tho possession of the .defendant. Defendant was instructed to hand over tho things , that day. j»C*ln tho third case, Mrs McGucken ■ sued Mrs Bushby for 10s 6d a week for thirteen weeks' of nursing and otherwise attending on her during a pecent illness.
