A MILITARY REVOLT
Bceeived August 23, 7.20 p.m. SiiAXiiiui, August 22. It is reported tlmt the Chinese soldiers at Tientsin have revolted, and are clamouring at Li Hang's residence for arrears of pay. The shops have been attacked,and over 100 people killed.
