THE KUCHENG MASSACRE.
MORE OUTRAGES. Londos, Augasfc 22. Private telegrams from China state that the steps taken by Great Britain and America to prevent further outrages are inadequate. The Chinese have destroyed a chapel and a school attached to an American mission in Puclmn, Pour native scholars were wounded. Mobs of the Vegetarian Society are parading the streets crying " Drive out the foreign devils." The officials are said to be implicated, and the riot is spreading.
