All attoncled a complimentary ball last evening and enjoyed thornselves immensely. The team has manufactured war ray-enough to frighten any civilised team. They return to Ghristchurch late to-night. Canterbury play tho same teftm as against Wellington on Saturday and expect to win easily. There is'beautiful weather, being fine and dry.
