CONSTABLE NESTOR COM- j JUTTED. i By Telegraph—Press Association. j WeHilSGton, Tuesday. / Constable Nestor, of Eketahuna, 1 has been committed for trial on a charge of making a false affidavit that he hail served a summons personally. The defence was ho had sorved it on an agent, and made a mistake in saying ho had effected a personal service.
