The Times says tho British troops are temporarily holding tho crest of the Malakund Pass and tho Swat River, in order to secure complete control of tho country between Chitral and Tudia. The possession of Lowari Pass will enable England to forestall any intruders, Tho evacuation of the Janmol Valley is virtually completed.
