RECIPROCAL TREATY.
Received August 2, man. Adelaide, August 2. In the Assembly, the Treasurer stated that the Government had onteral into a reciprocal treaty with Queensland, and would attempt to make a similar arrangement with N.S.W. He also gave notice of aJ* Hill for Tuesday to enable South"Australia to proceed with framing nn enactment of tho Federal Constitution of Australasia.
