from Our On Correspondent, Saturday. A meeting of the management Committee of the late Annual Ball was held on Wednesday evening, when all the business was wound up, and after passing for payment all accounts, there was a net balance of £25.

i A meeting of I'arisliioucis of St. : John's Church was held last evening, to discussion the question of removing the Church to the new site. There were about twenty present, and it was unanimously resolved not to remove the present building, but when 1150 has been collected, to borrow another £l5O and build a now church on the new site. After the meeting the vestry met, all the members being present, and resolved itself into a Finance Committee when it was resolved to guarantee tho same amount as last year, viz. £66 towards tho curate's stipend.
