In the S.M, Court yesterday in tho case Greville v, J. C. Boddington, the plaintiff was non-suited with costs. Mr McLoskey appeared for tho plaintiff, and Mr Tosswill for defendant, MrHutchison lectured to the members of the Debating Society last night on "Tho Puritan influence in England." There was a good attendance. The sitting of the Court is likoly to last all day to-day.
