Mrs Chandler r. John Porter, of Blenheim. Claim for maintenance of two children. An order was made that defendant pay 10s per week, Spademan r. G. Shaw. Application for maintenance of child. Mr Beard for defendant. Application dismissed. Barbara Johnston r. L, Johnston, the plaintiff alleging that defendant lnid failed to contribute towards her support. This case was adjourned and subsequently Bottled out of Court, defendant allowing his wife los per week. DOG ItKUISTRITIOK. J. C. Ingram r, T. C. Rayner. Defendant was charged with being the owner of an unregistered dog. His Worship imposed a line of os with costs 7s.
