London, JulrJfe Tho following members havflfLn re-elected unopposed:—Sir E. Harland (Tory), Mr G. W.Wolff (Tory), Mr W. Johnston (Tory;, Mr Arnold Foster (Unionist), all for Belfast. Mr Baldwin (Tory), for Bewdloy; Mr More (Unionist), for Diulloy; Col, Kenyon Stacy (Tory) for Newport Mr Hudson (Tory) for Hitchen j Sir P. Hunt (Tory) for Marylehone; Mr St. John Brodrick, for Guildford. The following are also returned : Sir S. Northcote, for Exeter; Mr Ualy (Parnellite) for Limerick. Tho Unionists have gained Darlington, Stockport, S. W. Manchester, Salford North, and the Liberals four soufcs in Perth.

At Derby, Primrose, Conservative, and Drage, Conservative, were returned, defeating Sir W. V. Harcourt, the late Chancellor of the Exchequer, by 840 aud 282 respectively, Mr Balfour declared that Manchester had covered itself with glory. The Tories hud won a victory there which would echo throngkihe country. ' tt Sir TV. V. Harcourt admitted ™t he could not conceal the magnitude of his surprising defeat. Mr Primrose who headed tho poll, is an old Tory and an employer of labour. Sir TV. V. Harcourt and his wife were pelted with cabbages and filth while driving through Derby. Drage was Secretary to the Labour Commission.
