Tho shareholders of Mr Nelson's Coy,, have confirmed the proposal to sell tho English promises aud business to a Co-operative Company for £225,000 worth of ordinary seven per cent, shares or £55,000 to £50,000 cash. Mr Nelson will hold a proportion of the ordinary shares for a number of years, whon provision will be made to transfer a proportion of tho shares to other consignors. The prospectus of the Co-operative Co. will be issued about July 20th. Strong advisory boards will be constituted iu New Zealand and Australia. The capital is already underwritten,
