For the biography of Soldier, and the uiifortnnale scipiel to bis career, we must refer our readers to the book itself, which is available at a certain library in Masterlon, but the teaching of Soldier is not unlike the teaching of our Liberal rulers and masters. We have often wondered whence our Liberal policy came, and in whose brain it originated. After reading Arthur Morrison's "Talcs of Mean Streets," we have come to the conclusion that it came to us from " the lied Cow Group," and that Soldier was its author,
