Hcceiml July 1,10.30 p.m. Svuxky, July 1. The ship Argus,which has arrived from London,reportsasadoccurrenee on the voyage. During a heavy gale on May 27th Kelly, the third officer, was washed ovcrLoard. The chief officer,who was a cousin of Kelly, with Mcl'iudlay, McDonald and Robertson, seamen, and Lindsay, steward, gallantly volunteered to rescue Kelly, and launched a boat with that object. They managed to pick up the officer, and had almost reached the ship on their return when a tremendous sea swamped the boat and all the crew were droved
