THE SYDNEY SHEEP SHOW.
Beaked June 29, 9 p.m. Sydney, Juno 29. The first annual show of the New South Wales Breeders' Association opened to-day, when the judging took place. The formal opening by the Governor is fixed for Monday. In the prize list are tho following New Zealanders : Threlkeld, Canterbury, took champion priios for best English Leicester ram and English Loicester ewe. Cobb.Palmorston North.champion prize for the best Romnoy Marsh ram. Wallis, Woodstock, champion prize for the best Romney Marsh ewe. In tho Romney Marsh class for rams, Cobb took first and third prizes, and J. Buirows, Wairnrapa, second prize. For rams under two years, Bid will Bros., Wairarapa, are first, Wallis second; and Gray, Masterton, third. For ewes over two years, Cobb took first and third prizes, and Wallis, second prize, For ewe under two years, Wallis took first prize; Mungavin, of Porirua, Wellington, second ;and Cobb ihird, In the English Leicester class, I'hrelkeld takes three first pricesfor •aras and a second for ewes.
