The Premier, presiding at a meeting of the l'Veotrade Party, to prepare for the eleotiou campaign, stated that he would go to the country upon the Land and Income Tax and Tariff Hill just as they stood. A Bill to reform the Council was being prepared. In the Assembly the Electoral Bill has passed its third reading. Two Public Worksßills have passed through Committee, and the Loan Bill is now being debated. Tho Council has passed the supply.
