Beklin, Juno 19. Tho Russian warships being desirous of taking part in the mourning ceremony on the occasion of the anniversary of M. Carnot's assassinatiou (June 27th) will leave Kiol in company with the French ships, and the vessels will sail with Hags lowered at half-mast out of respect to tho memory of tho deceased President.
