The sum proposed to lie borrowed is £IBO, and the amount to bo set apart in each year towards paying of Hie loan is £9. To meet interest and animal charges on the Loan, a special rate o£ twopence and scvcn-oiglits of a penny in the £ will be struck on the rateable Taluc for the time being of 830 acres of land, part of said section No. 70, and excluding that portion of the section lying within the following boundaries, that is to say, commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the said section distant in a westerly direction 4500 links from its north-eastern corner and proceeding eastwards, bounded by part of section Ho. 72a, by section 67, by a public road, by the northern boundary of section No.!) (all in Dlock XI, Miki Miki S.D.), to a point distant -1500 links from its north-eastern corner, and from the List-mentioned point by a straight line to the point of commencement-, containing 200 acres, bo the same a little more or less.
