FEATHERSTON NEWS.
From wir own Qorrespondent. Wednesday, A meeting was held in the Town Hall on Monday ovening when it was resolved to hold the animal ball on July 11th. It was resolved to fix tho prices of tickets at a meeting to-morrow evening. On Monday afternoon Father McKenna officiated at the funeral of a young man named James Withell, who died on Saturday, he having been ailing for some time.
A well known resident has given a donation of £25 towards tho now library and reading room.
