ANNUAL MEETING. The Annual Licensing Meeting for tho Wiiiriirapii District, was held at the Magistrate's Court, Carterton, yesterday, Mr Hutchison, S.M., prosiding, nil the Committee being present. The police roports, in nil oases, were favorable, nnd all applications for renewals ami transfers were granted. The applications for extension of hours to 1! o'clock, were all rofused.
