| Jty Telegraph.—Piw Association, I ( Auckland, Monday, The somewhat sudden death of the Bev. Alexander Carrick, pastor of St A ndrew's Presbyterian Church, took place last evening. On the previous Sunday he preached vigorously, and stated that he had not felt so well for some time past. On Wednesday morning he was seized with violent lits of vomiting and severe pains, which developed into a malignant typo of typhoid fever.
