Received June 1,1 a.m. Caiiio, May 31. • News has reached hero that tho British Vice-Consul in Jcddab, one of the principal trading centres in Arabia, was attacked by Bedouins and killed. L Tho British, French ami Itfgnn Consuls were also attacked, rat although severely wounded, they escaped with their lives. No further particulars aro to hand, and as far as is known here, no reason can bo assigned for the outbreak.
