Sections surrendered-E, D. Toohill, Stirling; D. E. Toohill, Stir, ling' m It was decided to grant a title To J. M. O'Neill, Mangaone, on receipt of declaration, and a transfer from J. Eaton to J. O'Neill was granted, provided a statutory declaration is made.
St. Clair Jounnax was allowed an cxtention of time in which to get a transfer of his sections in tbo Waiuuioru Block, and I<\ Percy's (Mangaone) applicationwasreferred to the Hanger for a report-. A.O'Marawnsallowed tosurrender his section in the Mangaliao Block and protect his improvements, The Ranger was instructed to report on several applications by lessees to take partners, The Board refused the applicatiou of J. A. Kennedy, to transfer his section in the Pahiatua Association Block,
U. _ Rogers, Pahiatua, No. 3 Association, was allowed to take in a partner.
P. Hansen wrote, that his home on section 31, Mangatainoka, had been sold by the Official Assignee forS&j when lie had made improvements!!! it worth £l2B, Ho asked that the transfer be refused. The Board suggested that Hansen should try and pay the amount of tbo purchase money and free the section.
S. Sidet was allowed to transfer his sections at Makuri, to N. M. Ibbotson. E. Morris' application to transfer section in Clifton No. 1 Association, was refused.
The surrender of run 2G, Mikimiki, by A. Stempa, and section 47, Horowhenua, by A. Green, weie ■vcepted, the former being woightod with £l2 for improvements. The substitution of Mrs Bard's name, for that of A. Peterson, for section 1, Pongr.roa, was agreed to, John Hall was granted permission to sub-lot part of Section 122, Block VIII., Mangaliao. The following sections nro forfeited : K. Wright, Section 15, Block XI., Masterton Rofo«i Association; I{, McAlley, Hun®, ville No. 2 Association; F. Carrington, Section 20, Block VIII., Wanganui United Association; J. 8. Carswell, Section 18, Block VIII., Masterton Reform Association,
It was decidod to approve ; exchange of Sections 4, Block IV., and 13, Block IX., Pahiatua No. 1 and 2 Associations, between V„, Malmancho and J. Russel,
K. Welch was asked tooxplain how Mr Wrigley was allowed to occupy Section 3, Block IV,,Tararoa. It was decided to ask Mr Woolf to explain by what authority he had filled up statement of improvements for Section 212, Block Xll,, Mangaone.
It was decided to take no action ,as to J. Askew s residence on Soc- | lion 35, Block XIV n Mangaono, as long as ho resided on his daughter's section adjoining. Under the circumstances G. C(Mbie was allowed to surrender onrfof his sections on Block XIV, Makuri. It was decided to notify settlers in. arrear with their improvements, The Commissioner informed the Board that it was proposed to keep sncli of the forfeited sections as were suitable for the co-operative employees. The Board tlioa adjourned.
