ALLEGED BIGAMY.

A man named Cliarleß Waters, jk oyiter saloon-keeper, of Cuba-sirJa Wellington, was charged before Mr Martin, S.M., yostorday, on an information charging him with having, on the lit January, 18110, at the Registry Office, Hanover Square, London, married Jano Russell, his former wife, (Charlotte Wators), boing still alive. Waters was charged with bigamy, before the Court, this morning. The S.M. said he was not sure ho had jurisdiction, the alleged offence having been committed In England, and after some evidence was taken, the case was adjourned,
