A TERRIBLE CRIME.
Adewide, May 27. William Lyou was engaged in grubbing stumps in the East Weilington district and his wife remonstrated with him for working on Sundays. Tho man flew into a fit of anger and hacked the woman to death with an axe.' His daughter attempted to Becuro tho axe, but her father inflicted sovero wounds on her neck. Lyou is supposed to be insane.
