By lchfaph.-Om Comspmdwt, Fkatukkton, Tuesday. The Minister of Justice, Under- , Secretary and Mr Crowe mo to arrive here by the evening train,and stay the night. In the morning they will inspect tlio new Coiu'thouso,and the proposed right-of-way to the same, After this they will go on to Carterton by the morning train, and settle about the site for the future Town Hall, which is proposed to bo orected on part of the section now occupied by the Courthouse, which has been monopolised by the Government, but part of which should belong to the Borough of Carterton.
