ALARMING TRAM-CAR ACCIDENT.

An accident occurred on tho Roslyn tram-car this afternoon, which was fortunately not attended by serious results, When the car is approaching the bottom, it is customary to stop it about 1G feet above tho terminus, when the cable is released and the car_ braked down.
