Wasiiimhox, May 16. It is reported in Honolulu that Earl Kimbcrley, Secretary of State for the Foreign Oflico protests, against the sentences passed on llickards and Waliner, the two I'/nglielimcncharged witli complicity in the, Hawaiian revolt on grounds that they are British subjects. The Hawaiian Govornment claims that both are naturalised, and offers to submit the dispute to arbitration.
