There is, in our opinion. Tub a necessity for putting JJOROUCU businessmen in the MasEuction, tcrton Borough Council, and for this reason we recommend the election of Mr J. L. Murray, even against that of an old respected resident like Mr Walter Perry. It would be difficult to find a more honest and well meaning Councillor than Mr Walter Perry, but ho does not, we believe, possess tlint special ability which is needed to put the affairs of the Borough in good working order, and for this reason wo hope to see Mr Murray returned,
