The holiday hours arc 9 a.m. (o 10 a.m., and 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Public Telegraph Office at Maslerlon Railway Station is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on week days only, The Private Box Lcmh at Masterton Post Office is open on week days from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.. and on Sundays and Holidays from 7 a.m. to 5 \>,i\ At Mastehtok : Mails for Wellington and intermediate oifea close daily at 6.15 a.m. and 2,30 p.m., wiih the exception of despatches for Clareville, Matarawa, and Hutt, which are oarricd by the morning train ooly. For Rkctahuna, Pahiatua, Forty Mile Bush, Woodville and Napier at 11.15 a.m. daily. For Alfredton on Mondays and Thursdays at 11.15 a,m. For Lower Tuueru, Tcnui, Wlmkatalii, Cast'epoint, and East Coa3t on Tuesdays and Fridays at 0.30 a.m. For Kuripuui, daily at noon.
