LOANS.
Received, April 30,11.10 a.m. Svbnrt, April 30. Tho Premier states that the Government have no present intention of raising a loan even under the present very opportune conditions, The act of NewZcalandinraisinga3 per cent, loan, is regarded by him, simply as tho outcome of the extraordinarily favorable state of market. A year ago, he says, such a proposal would have invited certain failure, and its success is the eyidence of the favour in which Australian securities are regarded in England.
