GREYTOWN NEWS.

From Our Om Correspondent. Friday. The Record Concert in aid of tho Fire Brigade Engine Fund, was held last night. A torchlight procession preceded the concert, and was a brilliant affair. The attendance at the concert was small, between 150 and 200 being present. This is to be regretted; as a larger gathering was expected. Mr_ Heagerty (Mayor) presided and introduced the various performers. All the items were ably rendered. . Several performers who bad promised to attend did not put in an appearance. Their places being well filled by others. Much praise is due to the Secretary who worked to bring the affair to a BuccessHnlissuo.
