. « Nr.w York, April 21. Tho newspapers here announce the arrest of Viscount Drumlaurig (eldest son of the Marquis of Quccusbury), on a charge of insanity, It is alleged that the arrest has heen made in order to prevent his proposed marriage to a waitress in California.
