MUTUAL LIFE ASSOCIATION.
ANNUAL MEETING. Received April 22,10.30.
Sydnky, April 22. At the annual meeting of the Mutual Life Association of Australasia the report was adopted. It expressed general satisfaction at the progress made, and showed a net surplus of £58,575 available for distribution. The reversionary additions now now amount to £323,226, for which there are now available for members cash values amounting to £172,725.
Tho directors announced that in future all. policies becoming claims would bo entitled to further bonuses calculated to the date for which I premiums were paid, thus practically guaranteeing the advantages of an annual distribution without its disadvantages or expense. During the past triennium £22,000 have been written off investments, and the directors propose to continue this practice year by year as circumstances require
