C, Williams, discuss a larger scheme than that which was outlined in the first instance. This is a step in tho right direction, and it is in accordance with the views which we have already expressed oil this enterprise, Mr T, C. Williams is a good man of business, and if the concern be started under tho auspices of men of acknowledged business ability it may become of great value to the town and district.
