Blenheim, Monday, A fisherman nainedFredcrick Douglas has been drowned in Queen Charlotte Sound. _ The boat in which he with his companion Pirro, was sailing up the Sound, when it capsized, They clung to the upturned boat, but a heavy sea was runuiug with a freezing cold southcaster blowing, and after about three and a-half hours' terrible suffering, and suspense, Douglas' limbs became numbed, and he slipped oil into thirty fathoms of wator. Pirro was rescued half-an-hour later, nearly exhausted.
