THE HAURAKI MINES.
ANOTHER RICH RETURN.

Auckland, Wednesday. I A Corromandel telogram says that i the Hauraki Mino manager has made a final lodgment of gold, the whole producing a grand total of 6,129 ounces of gold as the result of the months' operations. This is the largest return ever made in tho time. The mine still looks wonderfully well, and is likely to last some time, as gold still shows freely in all parti of tho workings, Later. Auckland, Wednesday. The first crushing of the Wood-stock-Karangahape mine has banked 2010 ounces of bullion, obtained from 360 tons of ore. Tho probablo value is £ISOO.
